Telephone Banking
With our easy to use telephone banking service you can access all your account information, check balances and request new
instructions in a phone call.
Salaries Account
Your wages or salary is paid directly into this account where money will be held to cover all your monthly bills. If you’re weekly paid, the total monthly amount can be divided into four and this sum is held each week.
All remaining money from your Salaries Account is transferred into this account; it is normally available before 10.30am on the day cleared funds arrive.
Standing Orders
A standing order is an instruction a bank account holder gives to their bank to pay a set amount at regular intervals to another account. The instruction is sometimes known as a banker's order.

Credit Interest
Credit interest is paid at a rate of 3% below The Royal Bank of
Scotland’s base rate.
