1) I have a bad credit history, does this matter?

No, our unique service means you can open an account without the need for us to run any credit checks.

2) Can my wages be paid in to my account?

Your income is paid directly into the Salaries Account where money will be held to cover all your monthly bills.

3) How do I access my cash?

We transfer all remaining money from your Salaries Account into a Card Account; it is usually available before 10:30am on the day that cleared funds arrive. You can access up to £450 a day at cash machines, or in shops and restaurants, where you can pay or get cashback with your card - anywhere you see the Maestro® logo. Plus, you can instantly access your balance and statement information.

4) How much does it cost?

There is a one-off set up cost of £25 which is taken from the first credit to be paid into your account.

A monthly administration fee of £12.50 is charged for running your accounts. You can choose to have a second card for additional account holders for £5.00 per month. If you are weekly-paid, the administration fee will be taken from the first income paid into your account each month.

5) Can I arrange direct debits?

Yes, you can set up direct debits on your Salaries Account. Once you have completed your mandate or given your Salaries Account details over the phone to the company you wish to pay, just let your Money Manager know and they'll make sure we always hold back enough money to pay it.

6) Will I receive statements?

We’ll send you a regular statement for both your Salaries
Account and your Card Account.

7) What if i'm self employed?

We can offer you a personal bank account but we do not offer business banking services.
